Every item in this shop is handmade with love, snacks, and the occasional “where did I put my scissors?” moment. Because of that, please allow a little time for your order to be created and packaged before it heads out the door.

All orders ship from Vancouver, Canada.

Shipping within Canada

Delivery times depend on your location and how energetic your delivery driver is feeling that week. You’ll get a confirmation email once your package is officially on its adventure.

Shipping to the United States

Good news for our neighbours neighbors to the south: U.S. orders are tariff‑free and ship via USPS once they cross the border. No surprise fees, no customs headaches, just happy mail heading your way.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted.

BUT!
If I accidentally send the wrong item, or something arrives damaged, please reach out right away. I want you to be delighted with your order, and I’ll fix any mistakes on my end as quickly as possible.

 

Order Issues

If your order shows up looking like it went on its own adventure (missing item, wrong item, damaged in transit), send a quick message with your order number and a photo if you can. It helps me sort things out fast.
